Re-architect repo and implement ci/cd, schema management, temp re-skin of first app to improve perception / reception for some initial demos

Implemented scripts for data enrichment (use of generative AI + pre-existing data) and updating vector columns

Implemented script to automate use of OpenAI Batch API to trawl very large corpus of documents. This also tracked errors vs processed documents as well as allowing the end-user to interrogate progress / status of current batch.

Reboot of a personal effectiveness tool for long-term panning & accountability towards life goals. Out of all the pet projects, this is the one that survived. Due to stopping and starting a lot, it had to be rebuilt as the stack was outdated, causing further delays.
